Imagery in vehicle branding is a tricky thing if it is to have currency and longevity. Simply put, you have to pick the right image or as The Fresh Flower Man has done, treat the image in a way that makes it non specific. By blowing up the flowers in this image the flowers themselves appear as a repeat patterned wallpaper or a landscape of flowers with nothing else, no environment or images of people to date and distract this effect. It has been modernised further with the logo text box. A simple white font with a khaki background stamped over the image at rear and on white side panel duco. Most of the text is positioned on the white void of the car so not to get lost in the image. Placing the image on the rear and rear sides of the car creates a play with the real cargo inside (flowers) truly representing a delivery van. The Fresh Flower Man have used this design since 2008, in 6 years it hasn’t dated.
