Why is it important to follow up with clients? Yarra Advantage are one good reason why. Yarra Advantage found us on Google and requested a quote for two cars, a black and a white Holden Captiva via our web enquiry form. They had their artwork prepared in the appropriate format so the quoting process was pretty straightforward. We quoted, we waited a few days, we got back to the client and were advised that our quote was twice that of our competitors. Generally the discrepancy is fairly minimal when we’re quoting apples for apples using Avery or 3M product. These products are more expensive than other vehicle wrapping films on the market but for a fairly good reason : no issues generally, durability, quality etc. To be double the price we thought something is definitely up and that perhaps someone else really needs work out there. We followed up again with the client and asked a few more questions. We discovered that he thought our quote was for one off, not two off. Kind of a relief really. And we were $100 or so under the other quotes now, so we were back in business.
