Ending the week on a high

In a recent post I mentioned that I think testimonials are a bit “wanky” for want of a better word.  But our clients keep sending us emails telling us how good we are and when I was talking to a marketing chick who wanted to download images from our website and she asked if we use testimonials and I said no.  I got a verbal slap on the wrist. Then she said that we should ask for them and I thought no way am I going to ask a client to tell us how good we are.  Might as well draft the testimonials and get the client to sign it.  So I won’t have a page dedicated to testimonials but if clients keep sending us sweet emails which is way better than a bunch of flowers then I will post about them and tag them testimonials.  So John and the boys received this sweet email this week in relation to this job we completed last week…

Hi John,

Apologies for the delay but I would like to thank you and the guys for the amazing job on my brothers toolbox.

We are all so impressed with the outcome and the exceptional level of service.

Thanks again,

Francine

Stunning Italians Inside

Repeat business is the best kind of testimonial.  Here’s one client that has just popped back – Arquilla Wines.  The first job we did for them was a couple of years ago.  It was a partial wrap for a long wheel based van, see down below.  We have just applied their new design by Trout on a Renault Kangoo.

New Kangoo, new design by Trout.

Arquilla Van we did a couple of years ago.  We’ve seen the van a couple of times but this time John had the camera handy.  Taken in Chapel Street, Prahran.

inDecently Exposed

This happens from time to time when your car is wounded and its inner self shamefully exposed.  Unfortunately we deal with lots of accidents, usually bingles which requires a repair to your AutoSkin.  We have systems in place to make it fairly painless for our clients. We liaise with smash repairers, insurance companies and often far less with the client to get their vehicle back to looking Decently Exposed.  Here’s a very recent example with Vic Uni’s promotional vehicle …

No boring bookkeepers here ….

Sonia at Amounts that Count wanted to make sure that her bubbly personality was reflected in her business’  AutoSkin – a major point of difference in a industry where suits and number crunchers are usually a bit on the nerdy side when it comes to personality type.

Sonia’s own response to picking this car up yesterday says it all – customer satisfaction and immediate viewer results.  We like to think that the way we design vehicle wraps is a major point of difference for our business and yours.  Sonia filled out the creative brief and Trent our graphics man did the rest.

Oh yeah I am so happy with it too! I got heads turning when I did the school drop off this morning – yeah really really really ecstatic it looks so great! Thank YOU!

Have a great Christmas!  Sonia Williams
