Reviews & The Age 2009 Good Food Guide Awards

Pasquale (see latest project) of Three, One, Two and Cumulus Inc., just emailed to say that they have just been reviewed by John Lethlean at The Age describing Cumulus Inc as (full article here) “This so-called “Eating House and Bar”, a big, open, informal, architectural loft at the arty end of Flinders Lane is closer than anything I can think of in Melbourne right now to reflecting the times and priorities of food and wine lovers. Style, integrity, imagination and creativity without the pretence, the palaver or the cost.”

Three, One, Two @ Taste Of Melbourne

Black SAV (self adhesive vinyl) lettering applied to Gold Mirrored Acrylic, artwork (client's) reprinted on canvas and applied to 3mm PVC with velcro backing for wall attachment; and black PVC walls. The walls are demountable and we will reuse the stock; the artwork can be reused for future installations by client along with the mirrored acrylic (can simply remove the lettering). Pasquale Gomes-McNabb commissioned taylormadesigns to create a short term, economical installation for her partner's (Andrew McConnell's restaurant Three, One, Two at the recent Taste of Melbourne event, the first of its kind, bringing Melbourne's finest restaurants together for a sampling of their signature dishes for the ultimate dining experience. It was held at the beautiful Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton. Fifteen, Nobu Melbourne, Circa, The Prince, Interlude, The Court House, The Press Club, Jacques Reymond were some of the other fine restaurants in attendance.

Miss this Melburnians? I think not!

Taylor Made Signs has been handling the street signage for Melbourne's Athenaeum Theatre for 10 years now. Token Events asked if we had a solution to upscale the presence of their upcoming 'Shane Warne the Musical' show. With an additional 28m2 of sign presence via four temporary billboards, this is one Melbourne musical that will be hard to miss. Bringing sport and musical tragics with a comedic bent together - this would have to be a sellout in Melbourne satisfying the rich vibrant cultural city's love of sport, the arts, food, wine and something to make us all laugh. The Token Group is a personal management firm and live touring business working with the finest comedians in Australia.
