White Street Project
Sounds like the Blair Witch Project but quite contrare, the White Street Project (WSP) collaborates with artists to develop proposals site specific to Frankston. WSP invites artists to consider possibilities, inherent in the local context and the public sphere. This is a good example of a client sending us their artwork which in this case we print on transparencies and return to client who then installs into lightboxes which can be viewed 24/7. We also forme cut some shipping container decals for Utako Shindo's current exhibition entitled "Waves in the Sea" which closes on the 27th of March, 2009. The graphics included Japanese Hiragana and Katakana characters. Images courtesy of the White Street Project Site.
