Street Beat | Wilson Street …

Ok so we are guaranteed to see an AutoSkin in this street, it’s our very own, but take a look at who’s driving through. John took this photo and assumed these clients were coming to see him, so he waited, got out the camera because he knows I want shots for this very blog and I’ll write a post on just about anything relating to our work. But Nutrient Water weren’t dropping in to see him, they were dropping off a few cartons to a client in our street, and then further afield The Fresh Flower Man pulled over and jumped out with a big bouquet of flowers in hand … they weren’t for me, he was dropping them off to another client in the street. John thought that was pretty weird and well, pretty cool too when you take stock of this photo and count the AutoSkins … there’s plenty of work at the moment, so much so that we are falling behind with enquiries which is not good. But you know it’s Christmas and there’s only so much you can squeeze in before the end of the year. Now fielding enquiries for 2009 …..

ps: Nutrient Water did end up dropping a box off to the boys … they get very well looked after those boys thanks to many generous clients …

Street Beat | Nutrient Water Response Unit

Last weekend I also saw the Nutrient Water Response Unit stop in Elizabeth Street in front of Myer and start handing out their drinks to a busy city centre - their van so colourful, clean and obvious and hence drawing a crowd - they were there 5 mins then gone … Check out their website, they’ve fleshed it out a lot more since I last visited, and yet another good example of brand continuity.

It’s fun to watch how businesses use their vehicles to get bang for their AutoSkin buck … it empowers you to drive your own campaign which is what we are all going to have to do if a recession starts to bite but you can have fun with it too. Get inventive, start small and grow big!! It just might take a little bit more time but let people know what separates you from the pack - what’s your point of difference?

A Healthy Six Pack

We decided to change the dimension of our printed shopping bag for Nutrient Water.  We’ve produced a few AutoSkins for them now and so we thought perhaps if we custom design a six pack to carry six of their bottles it might be quite a neat marketing tool for them.  The colours remind me of the multicoloured transparent lifesaver lollies that were around a few years ago.
