Online Shipping Policy
We currently use Australia Post for standard deliveries throughout Australia and our larger items are shipped by a courier company. Your order will be despatched within 10-15 working days from receipt of order and cleared payment. Local shipping fees are included in the sale price. We can express deliver interstate and courier to local addresses if required at an extra charge, to do so please contact us on +613 9005 8210 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are currently reviewing shipping options for international deliveries.
Your should receive your completed order within 10-15 days, if there is any delay in terms of stock or delivery issues we will contact you to discuss. We will notify you of despatch from our warehouse via email. And please contact us if you require express/local courier.
If you have requested at check out that goods can be left if you are not home then it will be processed as a non receipted delivery. For receipted deliveries a card will be left behind and the goods will be returned to the depot with a contact number to arrange a redelivery. If you item has been shipped via Australia Post and cannot fit in your mail box then a card will be left in your mailbox for you to collect your order from the nearest post office nominated on the card.

Refunds / Returns (if applicable)
We only accept returns or refunds on products that are defective or damaged as our products are custom produced to your specification. If faulty or defective, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
