Pauf; A journey back to the early Australian paintings, Pauf appears to be 100 years after his time. Aspiring to emulate a McCubbinesque aesthetic, embracing the painterly features and applying them to the beautiful back gardens of Ballarat. The Colours are soft and the trees seem solemn, but locked into place they stand, accepting of the life they’ve been given and perhaps appreciative to feature in some random guy’s art show.
