Description
The process for manufacturing a brass light box is three step, as it is with all lightboxes. Firstly, manufacture the frame, apply the finish, whether that be powder coated, metal plated or sprayed a PMS Pantone colour then fit off with LEDs. The cost to plate is pretty much the same for a small or medium lightbox frame, however the size of the lightbox frame itself will affect cost.
There are many ways to customise the frame of your lightbox whether it be powder coating, wet spray Pantone colours or maybe you after a metallic finish that is next level. We can achieve this by electroplating the raw frame whether it be a bright mirror finish or a sophisticated brush finish in copper, brass, nickel or chrome. Additional costs for special metal finishes such as black chrome, black nickel, 24ct gold, rose gold, bronze varieties, antique varieties and all satin pearl varieties.
